Can I supply the replacement faucet?
Yes. Homeowners normally supply the faucet. Send the product link or model number, photos of the sink top and under-sink area, and the job ZIP before purchase or scheduling. If you do not have a preference, we can source a standard fixture from Home Depot after confirming the choice and cost with you.
What does a standard bathroom faucet replacement cost?
Standard labor is typically $220 when the countertop, sink, and shutoff valves are in good shape and you are supplying a compatible faucet. Photos confirm whether the standard scope applies.
Can you replace a shutoff valve?
If the shutoff valve is accessible and can be serviced without opening the wall, replacement is $120 labor/material. Concealed plumbing, inaccessible or damaged piping, and work requiring a licensed plumber are outside this service.
What if the existing faucet is seized or something is damaged?
We will show you the condition and discuss the change in scope before additional work proceeds or the price changes. A damaged sink, countertop, or supply line is not automatically out of scope, but it can increase the work and overall cost.
Do you repair hidden leaks or do major plumbing work?
No. Concealed leaks, repiping, drain work, and work requiring a licensed plumber are outside this limited fixture-replacement service. For plumbing work outside this scope, see Core Plumbing of San Diego.
