A CLOSER LOOK AT A HOME PROJECT
A Lemon Grove homeowner needed help with a hand-built model train table that had collapsed from overhead garage storage onto a commercial refrigerator and an industrial belt sander. Other equipment was packed around it, so the job needed a careful sequence rather than a rushed removal.
Chris inspected the table, the equipment underneath it, and the available path out before starting. He dismantled and removed the table without causing additional damage. He also removed a second ceiling platform that had begun collapsing, which allowed the homeowner to use her washing machine without worrying about material falling above it.
